Incoming Goods
Quality starts at the origin
Several times a week we are supplied with fresh natural casings from our own production by long-standing international partners. Based on an detailed checklist, we check them directly at the goods receipt. And what’s more: by a standardized procedure for taking random samples of each delivery, we ensure that the quality of the delivered goods meets our high standards at all times (see also: Quality ControlQuality control). Short distances to the storage areas and a production process without goods crossing are our basis for fresh and hygienic goods.
Artificial Casing Warehouse
Partner of the world market leader
We offer our customers everything from one source. As official partner of the world market leader for artificial casings, Viscofan, we supply you with high-quality cellulose casings and fibrous casings. In our artificial casings warehouse, we store them under optimal and controlled conditions so that we can supply you "just in time".
Natural Casing Warehouse
Perfect hygiene and optimal climate
Once the goods have been controlled and their quality checked, the barrels and boxes are transported to our warehouse for natural casings. Even beyond hygiene, we leave nothing to chance: we carry out regular goods inspections and monitor the temperature with the latest technologies. In this way we ensure optimum quality and cooling temperature for the natural casings - around the clock and to the point.

Quality awareness in practice
Everything we do is based on a pronounced awareness of quality. In order to always provide you with the best possible quality, we subject our complete product range to regular and intensive quality controls. In doing so, we check our natural casings with the most modern technologies for material quality, calibre accuracy and cleanliness. All data are stored in our digital quality management system - therefore they are available at any time and from anywhere.

Shipping
Fast and safe
Before we send our products on their way to you, we assemble them exactly as you wish and then preserve them for transport. A computer-aided labelling system and comprehensive outgoing goods inspection guarantee process reliability and the fastest possible delivery times.
Outgoing goods
Right to the gates of your production
Once the goods have been prepared for further processing and assembled according to your wishes, we ship our products from here right to the gates of your production. In doing so, we work exclusively together with long-standing and leading logistics partners. You can rely on a fast transport and a complete adherence to the cold chain without interruption.
